The exhibition is preapered by Yoyo Maeght who is the curator of the exhibition and one of the friends of the Miro. This creation is representing the joyful and enthusiastic colors of the post II. World War. We went to the Pera Museum to see the Joan Miro’s collection on the last day of the exhibition. These surrealist workings and paintings were so colorful and enjoyable. When you come in to the exhibition hall, you feel these chirpy atmosphere. They gave inspiration to us. We liked his style and viewpoint.

PERSEPOLIS

Persepolis that is the name of an animated film we watched 2 months ago. I had been seeing the poster of the film while we were strolling the corridors of the university. Those times were the busiest period of the my phd thesis, in fact there is no change, I’m still living that period. The poster of the film was attracted my attention especially its charcoal drawing. I looked at that and i found its concept so interesting so i thought it was an old film, but it isn’t. Its release date is 2007. But we couldn’t go to watch it but one day Onur came with a film in his hand. It was a surprise for me because the film was Persopolis. And i had a chance to watch it. It was so nice and sweet.
Honestly i liked the young Marjane, its lifestyle and thoughts. Her relationship with her uncle and the bread swan which he gave her were nice scenes. She likes the heavy metal music and after i listened a little bit of “Iron maiden” in some scenes, I took an interest of that music. Besides the concept of the film, i am keen on its animation technic. Film was created as a classical animation film. There are so much efforts to finalize those kinds of films. The sketches and drawings are so smooth and so affective. I liked its style. After that film I intended to increase my drawing and visualization skills. Also french speaking in film make it so attractive for me. Good film, thanks for that.

My last favorite: RAMMSTEIN

After being a fun of "Queen", I begun to search some other good groups. I listen lots of rock group, some of my favorites are Gun's n Roses, Megadeth and Rammstein. I must confess that finally I stopped at Rammstein. They excite me so much. I fidget while i am listening them. The music and Lindemann's diction, scene shows are so attractive. Also I like their german speaking so i started to take an interest in German. My favorites are; Eifersucht Sehnsucht Bestrafe mich Küss mich

"the fan of Queen"

Tonight, i discovered one of the songs of Queen that i hadn't listened before. It's wonderful. "Get down, Make love". Sound is perfect. J'adore Queen;)
